Pools & Water Features:

  • Pool Hours: 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.
  • Current Waterpark Hours: 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. | Beginning October 1st: Monday – Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. & Saturday and Sunday 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Hours are subject to change.

Our pools and water features are typically open and heated year-round. Our waterpark and indoor pool are enclosed seasonally. Our waterpark enclosure is up from approximately early November through early spring.

Waterpark hours vary throughout the year. Subject to change.

Our resort also features the following amenities:

  • Loco Gecko Beach Shak
    • Current Hours:  Sun – Thurs 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Fri/Sat and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. 
    • Available: Indoor dining, limited outdoor dining, and to-go orders.
    • Location: Tower 1, Level 2.

  • Breakfast
    • Current Hours: 7 a.m. – 11 a.m. daily through November 26. | 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. daily beginning November 27.
    • Location: Tower 1, Level 2 at the Grab n’ Go
  • Swirl Ice Cream Shop
    • Current Hours: 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily through November 26. | Noon to 8 p.m. daily beginning November 27.
    • Location: Tower 1, Level 2.
  • Seasonal Pool Bar & Grill
    • Current Hours: Thursdays through Sundays 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. weather-permitting (until 7 p.m. on Saturdays until October 14th) (closed Mon-Wed). Open seasonally through October 27.  
    • Available: Drinks and light food options.
    • Location: Tower 2 Pool Deck by the lazy river.

Housekeeping Services

  • All rooms will be made up with fresh, clean linens and towels prior to every guest check-in.
  • Exchange of towels and removal of trash is provided daily during your stay (unless do not disturb sign is present).
  • Linens are only changed upon request.
  • If you need additional supplies please contact housekeeping for delivery of items.

At check-out please call the front desk by dialing “0” on your room phone and leave your keys in your room to complete your check-out.
