We are a non-smoking resort. There will be a charge of $250 and eviction with no refund if there is evidence of smoking or vaping in non-designated areas. This includes guest rooms, balconies, pools, and public areas.
NO PETS ALLOWED, INCLUDING EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS. There is a $500 fine for any pets being brought on property. Service animals are allowed on property to perform their necessary duties and must be registered at the resort front desk.
No firearms or concealed weapons of any kind are allowed on the resort property at any time.
Persons under the age of 16 shall be accompanied by an adult at all times while on property. Do not allow children to play on the elevators.
Disturbances of any kind will not be tolerated. Noise must be kept to a minimum between the hours of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please be courteous of other guests. If you have any concerns relating to another guest, please contact the resort front desk.
Discharge of fireworks is not permitted by city ordinance.
No grills are allowed on property, including the balconies or any public spaces.
For the safety of our guests, we kindly ask that no items be thrown from the balconies. This action will result in immediate eviction with no refunds.
Please do not feed any birds on property, including from your balcony.
Glass, coolers, and outside food and beverage, including all alcohol are not allowed at the pool area at any time. Room towels and linens are not to be taken to the pool or beach.
Pool towels are available at the waterpark located on the ground level of Tower Three. Please do not remove the towels from your accommodations.
Swimming in the pools and spas is permitted between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM (may vary seasonally). Persons under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. No lifeguard is on duty, persons using these facilities do so at their OWN RISK.
All pool rules are posted in the pool areas on the ground level and must be followed by all guests.
The waterpark is located in Tower Three and hours vary. Please check your arrival packet for current operating hours.
No loud speakers or personal music are allowed on the pool deck.
Wristbands must be worn at all times by all guests while on resort property. Only registered guests of Crown Reef Resort are permitted.
The reservation holder authorizes use of the credit card on file as payment for charges incurred by themselves or anyone in their party during the stay. This includes any missing and/or damaged items in the accommodation or on property.
For the protection of your valuables, a safe is provided in your room. When leaving your room, guests are required to deposit any money and jewelry in the safe. Pursuant to SC Code Section 45-1-40, the [resort, hotel, or whatever term you prefer] will not be liable for the loss of any money or jewelry not secured in the safe.
Do not order food from any flyers found in your unit, as these are not always legal business operations. Please visit Loco Gecko for on-site dining, or feel free to contact the front desk for alternate quality options.
For optimal performance of our in-room heating and air conditioning units, please keep your balcony door closed when units are in use.
For your protection, our front desk will never call your room asking for personal or credit card information. If you receive an outside call requesting this information, please contact the front desk immediately.
Please return all luggage carts to the lower level promptly after use.
The hotel reserves the right to enter your unit daily to ensure the safety and security of our guests.
