Able to accommodate 25 to 600 people, our Grand Ballroom (including Tradewinds) offers over 7,000 square feet of flexible space that can be configured in a number of ways, including theater, classroom, reception, general sessions and banquet style. Each of the rooms at our oceanfront resort is well-appointed with state-of-the-art audio and visual equipment. A spacious pre-function area and full-service Tradewinds Restaurant with bar also are available at our Myrtle Beach, SC, resort.

Our Check In Center is located in the lobby of the Conference Center. Our professional sales staff will assist you in planning a perfect event. Our catering and convention services staff will design a customized menu to suit the occasion.

The oceanfront accommodations, wide array of amenities and thoughtful event spaces at our Myrtle Beach resort give couples the ultimate reasons to book their big events here. Brides and grooms will be dazzled by our extra special touches including white glove and cake cutting services, a complimentary night stay in an Oceanfront King Suite with a Whirlpool tub and personal catering consultants readily available to coordinate any size event. Our staff also has experience addressing special requests for ethnic, military and religious weddings. Celebrate true love with friends and family at Crown Reef Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. We offer an array of wedding packages including the Moonlight Celebration, Twilight Celebration, Daylight Celebration and Starlight Celebration for your wedding reception. Whether you are looking for a buffet or plated reception, our options are sure to wow your wedding guests. Menu customizations are available to make your special day a memorable one. For all wedding packages listed, a minimum of 50 guests is required. For additional questions or customizations, please call us at 843-282-4129. Extensive bar packages also are available. We recommend one bartender for every 75 guests. Crown Reef Resort requires a $500 deposit, refundable up to 10 days after a confirmed booking, to hold spaces. The number of guaranteed guests and final payment are due seven business days prior to the wedding date. Cashier’s checks, certified checks or credit cards are accepted for payment. For all packages listed, a minimum of 50 guests is required. All prices are per person and subject to a 21% service charge and current sales tax will apply. Please call for prices.
