From check in to leaving. Everyone was very kind and helpful. I have two disabled children and everyone was very accommodating one on a ventilator and wheelchair bound. Housekeeping staff were the best and two waitress ladies that worked at the Gecko. I wish I could remember their names. This was my third time staying there and we will definitely be back.

We had an amazing time at Crown Reef Resort! My family loved it.

We enjoyed a lovely family reunion at the beach, and it truly was a beautiful experience. The Crown Reef accommodation was wonderful, and they took good care of us with delicious food. Our rooms were spacious, and the housekeepers were incredibly helpful and kind to everyone. I definitely look forward to returning!

My favorite place to vacation

We had an AMAZING week at Crown Reef! From the amenities, to having the beach footsteps away, and the friendly laid back staff, we really have no complaints about our stay. Half way through our week we were already planning our next trip back!

Rooms were clean and spacious; elevators were fast; check in went smoothly for both rooms- the person handling check in was very pleasant and efficient

I stayed at the Crown Reef and loved it and the Loco Gecko restaurant was a real gem.

Clean room, comfortable beds

The beds were VERY comfortable!! We slept in and could go get breakfast every day with the vouchers we bought ahead of time that made it so easy! The hot tubs were hot! It was our 1st time cant wait to go back!!!

This resort experience exceeded my expectations! We stayed 6 nights!!! We were so sad to leave! Many many options of board walks to get to the beach. The Waterpark was a hit with my kids! Plenty of pool space and lots of hot tubs! Several areas to lay out on! We will definitely be back!!!

The room was very handicap accessible ! It meant my needs being in a wheelchair. The room was clean with plenty of towels. The view was worth the money.

When we ended up needing to stay an additional night, the front desk handled it quickly and with no hassle at all.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, and the pools were great—especially for the kids. The restaurant and bar staff were also fantastic and made our stay even more enjoyable. Despite the reason for our trip, the hotel exceeded our expectations, and I will definitely be back.

Crown Reef was so much more than I expected. My family and I were very comfortable...and seeing the ocean view directly was amazing.
