Very clean overall! Staff was super friendly. Our stay was excellent.

From check in to leaving, everyone was very kind and helpful. I have two disabled children and everyone was very accommodating one on a ventilator and wheelchair bound. Housekeeping staff were the best and two waitress ladies that worked at the Gecko. This was my third time staying there and we will definitely be back.

I was simply delighted and amazed with how the maintenance man quickly knew exactly what to do! Wow!

The pools and water park was a hit for our four boys. The lazy river, whirlpool tub and oceanfront view and access were my favorite. Friendly staff clean rooms. Overall very pleased with our 5 day 4 night stay.

We enjoyed a lovely family reunion at the beach, and it truly was a beautiful experience. The Crown Reef accommodation was wonderful, and they took good care of us with delicious food. Our rooms were spacious, and the housekeepers were incredibly helpful and kind to everyone. I definitely look forward to returning!

We had an AMAZING week at Crown Reef! From the amenities, to having the beach footsteps away, and the friendly laid back staff, we really have no complaints about our stay. Half way through our week we were already planning our next trip back!

It was a wonderful experience being at Crown Reef and all the employees were so friendly and helpful.

Overall it was a good price for the experience, beach access, water park. Kids loved it.

Our room had a very comfortable bed and we enjoyed the extensive kitchen available in the room. Best kitchen in a suite I have had.

When we ended up needing to stay an additional night, the front desk handled it quickly and with no hassle at all.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, and the pools were great—especially for the kids. The restaurant and bar staff were also fantastic and made our stay even more enjoyable. Despite the reason for our trip, the hotel exceeded our expectations, and I will definitely be back.
