Being five minutes from Myrtle Beach International Airport and ten minutes from the Myrtle Beach Convention Center and the Myrtle Beach Sports Center, Crown Reef Resort is an ideal location to host Myrtle Beach meetings, conferences, conventions, retreats, or events. We also offer sports tourism packages for school athletic groups and families.
Able to accommodate 25 to 1,200 people, our Grand Ballroom (including Tradewinds) offers 11,500 square feet of flexible space that can be configured in a number of ways, including theater, classroom, reception, general sessions and banquet style. Each of the rooms at our oceanfront resort is well-appointed with state-of-the-art audio and visual equipment. A spacious pre-function area and full-service Tradewinds Restaurant with bar also are available at our Myrtle Beach, SC, resort.
Our Check In Center is located in the lobby of the Conference Center. Our professional sales staff will assist you in planning a perfect event. Our catering and convention services staff will design a customized menu to suit the occasion.

Weddings at Crown Reef
With its breathtaking oceanfront property, Crown Reef Resort is the perfect location for a Myrtle Beach destination wedding. The luxurious accommodations, wide array of amenities and thoughtful event spaces at our Myrtle Beach resort give couples the ultimate reasons to book their big events here. Extensive bar packages also are available. We recommend one bartender for every 75 guests.
Crown Reef Resort requires a $500 deposit, refundable up to 10 days after a confirmed booking, to hold spaces. The number of guaranteed guests and final payment are due seven business days prior to the wedding date. Cashier's checks, certified checks or credit cards are accepted for payment. For all packages listed, a minimum of 50 guests is required. All prices are per person and subject to a 21% service charge and a 10.5% sales tax will apply. Please call for prices.
