To consume alcoholic beverages in the State of South Carolina attendees must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid identification. The Bartender is ultimately responsible for age verification and has the right to refuse service. It is strictly against the law in the State of South Carolina for attendees to bring their own alcoholic Beverages to any function. Violation of the "brown bagging" law is subject to fine.

Cash Bar - Each guest pays for drinks on a consumption basis.

Host Bar - The host pays for all drinks on a consumption basis and the check will be tallied at the end of the function.

Premium Package - Host pays for drinks on a packaged price plan per person for 2 hours of open bar with premium liquor; house wines and import/domestic beer.

House Package - Host pays for drinks on a packaged price plan per person for 2 hours of open bar with house wine and domestic and draft beer.

Beer/Wine Package - Host pays for drinks on a package price plan per person for 2 hours of open bar with house wine and domestic and draft beer.

Free Pour - Host Alcohol - Host provides all liquor, beer and wine. Our bartenders will dispense all drinks. The host pays a setup/corkage fee.

Free Pour - Host Beer & Wine - Host provides all beer and wine. Our bartenders will dispense all drinks. The host pays a setup/corkage fee. For free pour functions a lease agreement must be signed prior to function and a guest list on file in the Catering Department. The State of South Carolina requires all alcoholic beverages be purchased within the state. The alcoholic beverages must be delivered and removed on the date of the function.

Bartender Fee - The number of bartenders and number of hours of service predetermines fees. The fee is per bartender per hour (minimum 1 hour). We advise one bartender per 100 guests.
