Take a spin on seven Go-Kart tracks, fly to the sky of the Sky Coaster, flex your skills in the batting cage, try your hand in the Grand Prix Arcade and so much more!

Downwind Sails

Downwind Sails is located conveniently next to Crown Reef Resort. This local watersports company offers fun in the sun! Head out on the water on one of their fun banana boats or fly high up in the sky as you parasail over the ocean. Ready for adventure? Check out their jet ski rides or take a kite-boarding lesson. Water activities are a specialty at Downwind Sails and they are ready to make your vacation the best it can be! 

WonderWorks

WonderWorks is not your typical science museum but, then again, nothing is typical about a house that appears upside down on the exterior. Inside, you’ll take a journey through the mind of Professor Wonder. Located at Broadway at The Beach, this unique attraction will keep your senses guessing.  Experience over 100 hands on exhibits including “The Bed of Nails” and WonderWorks’ new 6D theater!  Afterwards, finish up your tour with a snack at the snack bar or a drink on the outdoor deck overlooking Lake Broadway.

EdVenture Myrtle Beach

Each year, thousands of locals and tourists visit the EdVenture Myrtle Beach for its interactive exhibits and programs. Located at The Market Common, this 3,000-square-foot facility is fun for kids of all ages.

Kids can climb aboard the Space Climber, have fun with a Puppet Show, get behind the controls at Mission Control and so much more.

Myrtle Beach Boardwalk

Running 1.2 miles along the beach, the newly renovated Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade is often considered one of the top 10 boardwalks in the country.  The Boardwalk includes various attractions such as the SkyWheel, concerts in Plyler Park, and the ever-active downtown Myrtle Beach area.  Take a nice beach-side stroll or do some shopping along the strip.  Either way, the Boardwalk provides enough entertainment and dining options to keep everyone in your family happy.

Ripley’s Aquarium

This exciting attraction, located at Broadway at The Beach, is a favorite among locals and visitors alike. Stand on the moving path beneath “Dangerous Reef” and glide underneath one of the largest shark tanks in South Carolina as dangerous sharks swim just feet above your head.  The touch tank on the lower level will allow adults and even young children to touch crabs and young sting rays.  Lastly, head to the Ray Bay where hourly feedings and shows keep audiences amazed.  Ripley’s Aquarium is a unique experience that the whole family will enjoy.

Soar + Explore Zipline and Ropes Course

Soar 50 feet above Lake Broadway at over 30 miles per hour as you sail towards the tower on the other side of the lake!  The Soar and Explore Zipline is for those looking for a thrill on their next vacation to Myrtle Beach.  Tickets may be purchased separately or as a part of a WonderWorks package.

Ripley’s Believe It Or Not Odditorium

Home of the odd and the unusual, Ripley’s Believe It or Not Odditorium is a museum that’s sure to fascinate the entire family.  With over 50 exhibits, there are enough weird and strange displays to keep the kids occupied for hours.  Stand next to the world’s tallest man or pet a 6-legged cow! With its convenient location near the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, the Ripley’s Believe It or Not Odditorium is a great place for some after dinner entertainment with the family.

Pavilion Park

A blast from the past, Pavilion Park is home to some of the former Pavilion rides as well as some new ones. Take a ride on a tea cup or enjoy a nostalgic ride on the carousel. Plus, the park also has carnival snacks like corn dogs and cotton candy available for purchase. The Pavilion Park is located at Broadway at the Beach.

Myrtle Waves Water Park

Located close to Broadway at the Beach, Myrtle Waves Water Park features fun for all ages. Home to a 1,200-foot lazy river ride, plenty of water slides, a wave pool and water play area, Myrtle Waves Water Park is great for hot summer days. This seasonal attraction provides thrill, fun and a relief from the heat all summer long! Head down the Turbo Twisters or drop into the water from the Super Chute as you enjoy a fun day at this local water park.

Myrtle Beach Zipline

Zip through the air at the Myrtle Beach Zipline! Located in the grassy area near the Boardwalk, they Myrtle Beach Zipline offers guests a thrilling ride through the air. Lighting up at night and featuring both seasonal day and evening flights, this is a popular new attraction.

Myrtle Beach Segway

Myrtle Beach Segway is located just a short drive from Crown Reef Resort at The Market Common. Featuring both tours and rentals, they have the Segway experience for you! Segways can be rented by the hour or day or for an entire weekend or longer. Glide through The Market Common and see Myrtle Beach in the most unique way! They also offer two tours: a Huntington Beach State Park Tour and a Market Common District Tour, which is self-guided.

Myrtle Beach Pelicans

A home team favorite, the Myrtle Beach Pelicans play throughout the baseball season at the TicketReturn.com Field, located right next to Broadway at the Beach. They are the affiliate of the Chicago Cubs and play against such teams as Salem Red Sox, Potomac Nationals and the Wilmington Blue Rocks. Throughout the season they also often host special promotions including post-game fireworks, giveaways and more.

Miniature Golf

Myrtle Beach is full of many fun miniature golf courses! Each usually has a theme from jungles to pirates to shipwrecks — there is something for everyone! Mini golf courses nearby Crown Reef Resort include Shipwreck Island Adventure Golf, Jurassic Golf and Cancun Lagoon Golf. Many more are just a short drive away such as Captain Hook’s Adventure Golf and Jungle Lagoon Miniature Golf.

Inlet Point Plantation

If riding horseback on the beach with the sun setting in the background has been your dream then check out Inlet Point Plantation. Although they are a little bit of a drive north of Crown Reef Resort in North Myrtle Beach, they are located up there for a good reason. While horseback riding on the beach is limited in Myrtle Beach, Inlet Point Plantation has access to a private island where they can conduct beach horseback rides all year. They have a variety of horseback riding options including a One Hour Island Beach Ride, One Hour Sunset Beach Ride, Waterway Trail Ride and Pony Rides for the little ones.

Family Kingdom Amusement Park

Just a short drive north of Crown Reef is Family Kingdom Amusement Park and their Splashes Water Park. A popular attraction for visitors, Family Kingdom features rides for all ages including kiddie rides such as Frog Hopper, Wet Boats and Bumble Bee and rides for the older kids and adults including the Twist ‘n Shout Coaster, Tilt-A-Whirl and Sling Shot. The park also features go-karts, a Ferris wheel, bumper boats and more. Visitors can choose to purchase either a wristband for the amusement park or individual ride tickets. Family Kingdom is open seasonally.

Brookgreen Gardens

Brookgreen Gardens, located south of Crown Reef in Murrells Inlet, is one of the most popular and historical attractions in the area. It includes an accredited zoo and is a National Historic Landmark. Their Lowcountry Zoo features a variety of animals including owls, hawks, red foxes, egrets, Spanish goats and more. Throughout the gardens you will find a variety of seasonal flowers, hanging oak trees and a large variety of sculpture works and historical sites. Guests can stroll around the gardens and view various sculptures such as the Pegasus, Don Quixote, The Visionaries and Fountain of the Muses. Dining is also available at Brookgreen Gardens and includes the Old Kitchen, Pavilion Restaurant and The Courtyard Café.

Alligator Adventure

Many alligators call Alligator Adventure, located at Barefoot Landing, their home. Housed safely from visitors, these alligators are well taken care of at Alligator Adventure and they aren’t the only ones to call this attraction their home. Many additional animals are featured here including the caracal, Egyptian fruit bats, Eurasian eagle owl, Siberian tigers, ring tailed lemur, turtles and more. Visit the juvenile alligator pool to view young gators or check out the reptile house so see all sorts of creatures. Throughout the warmer months alligator live feedings are held for spectators as well as handling lectures.

Myrtle Beach SkyWheel

One of Myrtle Beach’s newest and most photographed attractions is the Myrtle Beach SkyWheel. Located just a few miles from Crown Reef, this giant 187-foot tall Ferris wheel sits right off of the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk. Passengers sit in comfortable climate-controlled gondolas for the duration of the ride, which lasts about 8 to 10 minutes. Anywhere from two to six people can fit in each gondola and each family or group will be placed together. The ride offers magnificent views of the ocean, the pier and the Boardwalk. Lighting up at night, the SkyWheel is a beautiful site when the Myrtle Beach sun goes down.

Sling Shot

The Sling Shot is the ultimate thrill ride that sends two passengers at a time hurling towards the sky at over 100 miles per hour only to fall back to the ground and do it all over again.  The ride also includes a mounted camera that records your experience on the ride, which is available for purchase afterwards.  Overall, the Sling Shot is one of the most stomach churning rides in Myrtle Beach.

Shucker’s Raw Bar

Midtown Bistro

A bit of a drive north from Crown Reef, Midtown Bistro is located in North Myrtle Beach. This restaurant recommends reservations and features specialty pizzas, pasta dishes, sandwiches, subs and more. Featuring daily A La Carte Specials and a regular menu, they have something for anyone’s taste. Favorites at this North Myrtle Beach restaurant include Fried Green Tomatoes Napoleon, Asian Tuna, Bistro Burger, Meatball Sub, Bleu Cheese Burger, Tilapia, Fettuccine Alfredo and Lasagna, just to name a few. Midtown Bistro also features steaks including Ribeye, Sirloin and Steak Diane.

Crossroads at House of Blues

With a menu created by Chef Aaron Sanchez, the Crossroads at the House of Blues at Barefoot Landing features delicious appetizers, American classics, fish, salads, burgers, sandwiches and a kids menu. Choose from Spicy Chicken Pasta, St. Louis Ribs, Heater Seeker, Pulled Pork Sliders, Chicken Wings or Crossroads Quesadilla just to name a few. The House of Blues is also home to the popular Sunday Gospel Brunch.

Fuddruckers

Tasty burgers, chicken sandwiches and crunchy salads are specialties at Fuddruckers in Myrtle Beach. They feature such delicious options as Chicken Bacon Swiss, “World’s Greatest Hamburger,” Swiss Melt Burger, Taco Salad and a popular kids’ menu, which are just some of the items found on the Fuddruckers menu. Finish the meal off with a chocolate chip cookie, Fudds Brownie Blast Sundae or a cream cheese brownie. Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant

Located at The Market Common, Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant features a large variety of food options with both indoor dining and outdoor patio seating. With starters like Mediterranean Nachos, salads like Seafood Cobb and flatbread starters like Margherita Flatbread, you can start your meal off right. Their main menu integrates culinary inspiration from around the world and includes items like the Bistro Steak Medallions and Woodford Reserve Bourbon Salmon to the Creole Chicken and a Kobe Cheeseburger. Dick’s Last Resort

A Barefoot Landing restaurant, Dick’s Last Resort turns lunch and dinner into quite the spectacle. Calling itself “The Shame O’ Barefoot Landing,” the servers are trained to poke fun and create a scene all throughout the meal, making it entertaining, funny and memorable. Featuring dishes like Crabby Cakes, Seafood Platta, Ribs N’ Wings, Fry’d Buffalo Chicky Salad and Buffalo Ranch Chicky Sammich, you’ll laugh just reading the menu!

Croissants Bistro and Bakery

Medieval Times

Legends In Concert

House of Blues

Comedy Cabana

Located near Restaurant Row on the north end of Myrtle Beach, Comedy Cabana features touring comedians who perform stand-up shows. Laughter is abundant at this comedy club which has featured touring greats such as LA Hardy, Mitchell Walters, Ron Feingold and Eddie Clark. Comedians typically perform multiple weekend shows as well as weekday shows during their headlining time at the Comedy Cabana. Carolina Opry

For a live show with exquisite lighting, costumes, music and backdrops look no further than the Carolina Opry in Myrtle Beach. The Market Common

Designed to be a small city in itself, Market Common boats numerous shopping outlets, restaurants, and entertainment options.  Stop in the Pottery Barn to browse for yourself then head to the Lazy Gator to buy gifts for those back home.  Finish off the shopping excursion with dinner at one of the complex’s eight restaurants and nightcap at the Grand 14 cinema to see the next hit movie.

Tanger Factory Outlets

With two locations in Myrtle Beach, the Tanger Factory Outlets are the perfect destination when you want to shop, shop, shop! Each location features over 100 brand name stores including Disney, Nike, Under Armour, Victoria’s Secret, Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, Rayban, and more! Aside from their diverse variety of shops, the Tanger Outlets are known for their deep discounts – often half of what you could expect to spend at the retail stores themselves. Broadway at the Beach

One of the most popular places in Myrtle Beach, Broadway at the Beach is an all-encompassing destination featuring shopping, shows, entertainment, dining and attractions. Home to Ripley’s Aquarium, WonderWorks and many more well-known attractions, Broadway at the Beach is a place most visitors find themselves visiting at least once during their vacation. Broadway is also the site of multiple nightclubs and delicious dining including Senor Frogs, the newly designed Hard Rock Café, Dave & Buster’s and Original Shucker’s Raw Bar. Barefoot Landing is sometimes considered the northern counterpart of Broadway at the Beach. Located in North Myrtle Beach it features many shops, restaurants and attractions. With restaurants like Fire Island Grille, Castano’s Italian Steakhouse, Bully’s Pub and Grill and Johnny Rockets, there are plenty of dining options available. Barefoot Landing is also home to the Alabama Theatre, House of Blues, Barefoot Princess Riverboat and other popular attractions.
